White patches on Peppermint tails and fins.

White patches on Peppermint tails and fins.
Just wondering if this white like patches on the tail are normal or is i sign of some sort of health issue.
All water parameters such as ph 6.7, amm 0; nitrate 0, nitrites 20
check out fine seems to be in one tank don't know if i just havn't noticed it before or not.
Fish seem to be doing fine

Sorry but the photos are too blurry to see white patches. I assume you don't mean the strong white band along the margin of the fins. That's normal. Do you mean the diffuse white vertical band located towards the front of the fin, just behind the caudal peduncle?

Hopefully you have got you Nitrites and Nitrates readings the wrong way around otherwise your Nitrites are way to high.

yes got the nitrates backwards late night.... and yes i do mean the diffuse white band almost looks like the tail has become thinner in that area.
