Help Hypancistrus zebra L46 red spot lesion?

Hello everybody,

I saw this zebra hiding in cave and then i see the red spot on the head so i take picture and start change the water and clean the aquarium. I let the zebra stay isolated in the tank. he seems to be eating.

Can this be lesions?
bacterial infection on the skin?
can it heal automaticly after a while with good water condition?
Do i need to use medical in that case what type and advice?
do i need to isolate the fish in seperate tank or can the deases spread to other zebras?

1. Water parameters
a) Temperature range 29-30 degree celsius.
b) pH. unknown
c) GH. - how to measure?
d) KH - how to measure?
e)Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, levels. - how to measure?
f) Water change frequency 1-2 times a week 30-50%
fishing up leftover food and shit 2 times a day to prevent the Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, levels to rise


2. Tank set up
a) Size. 60x30x30 cm 54 liter to small i know will buy new one soon.
b) Substrate. no
c) Filtration. 300l/h plus power head 700l/h
d) Furnishings. Home build slate cave
e) Other tank mates. no
f) How long has it been set-up? 7 months
g) When was the last new fish added? 2 month ago
h) Foods used and frequency? Dry food, frozen dapnia, frozen artemia.

3. Symptoms / Problem description red dot on skin, lesions?

4. Action taken (if any) heavily water change 70% plus clean of pump

5. Medications used (if any) thinking about use esha 2000? Have not decide yet and its pretty strong medication and thinking to isolate the fish with the red spot before using it.

There is currently to many zebras in the aquarium and i will buy a new 98 liter to split the group.

Most definitely get some Kanaplex or something to treat a bacterial infection. It can't hurt.
