Oto but not the same as the rest of the tank....?

Hello! I wanted to purchase 3 Otocinclus but 4 ended up in the bag. When I got home, 1 of them was missing it's stripe. What kind of Otocinclus is this? Is this another kind of catfish? Thank you in advance for your help!!! I want to make sure he eats algae and not his tank mates
(Fish on top is the fish in question. Fish on bottom is what the rest looked like that I purchased).

Looks like a 'miscoloured oto' from here. possibly an older female.
