I'm assuming you mean c. habrosus, and pygmaeus. My experience is that habrosus is more of a bottom dweller and thus less active of the three. I cannot compare hastatus and pygmaeus as I haven't kept hastatus before. I would think since they are both more middle-water dwellers, these two would be close in terms of level of activity.

I currently have all three species, the only cory's I have.

Habrosus and pygmaeus are more similar in my experience.

C. hastatus is more of a mid water schoaling type fish.

There are other small corydoras as well. Just off the top of my head, I can think of Corydoras cochui.

C. gracilis & C. panda are a little larger but still smaller than the common Corydoras such as C. Aeneus.

The hastatus use all levels of water. My group does sit on the bottom a lot.
I too keep pygmies and Hasbrosus.
