Bristlenose with White Spot - UK treatment - what's recommended today?

Just added a trio of common bristlenose catfish to the fish house, purchased locally, and put into a quarantine tank at

26 degrees C
ph 7.0
NH3 0.02 ppm

I was surprised, that within 2 days, one of the females laid in a cave, male has been guarding, and the eggs have now hatched. (still in cave with male).

Anyway this evening, having a look at the male and female, the male, and one of the females, definitely has white spot. The other female is clear at present, it's a long time since I've seen white spot in my fish house. (and wrote a research paper on it! however that was Marine!).

As the fish, have recently been transported, to a new environment, and currently in quarantine, it's of no surprise, they were probably stressed. But that is what quarantine tanks are for.

So what is the best UK treatment, and what is recommended? (many years ago, I made my own, but that was 27 years ago!)

I've looked on my treatment shelf, and there is nothing for Ich - White Spot, to be honest most on the shelf, is out of date now anyway!

Is it still recommended to increase temperature to 30 degrees C?
