More Oto Help

One of my Otos has this strange habit of following everything in my tank that moves (ie: the ADF's, fish, other Otos, bubbles and even the snail.) I have not clue why and even though it is humoring I have heard of Otos attaching themselves to tank mates resulting in the tankmates death... Searching the web I have found nothing on why they do this my best guess is that it is a lack of a certain type of food... Although I am unsure of what or how it can be prevented. I don't want my Oto to develop this behavior and if anyone has advice for me I would appreciate it and thanks in advance.

otto's are known for this behaviour but it's quite rare.

Ottos seem to go for the mucus layer produced on fish this can't really be replicated. it's just a question of luck really. and even if one did bite they are very small. in a clean enviroment the damage would heal itself, on rare occasions you might have to use an anti bacterial treatment if it was to get infected with fungus. your only real course of action is make sure you have a treatment on hand if ever there is a problem.
