Looking at buying 3-6 Otocinclus Cocama.

Not sure if they are seasional? Random? Etc...? I have no problem finding normal oto's local and online. But I really like the look of the tiger/zebra type. If anyone knows any details on finding them please let me know. Like when to start looking, where to look, who to contact, etc.... Thanks!
