Sorry to keep giving the standard response, 'feed well for 1-2 months and then look from above.' L25s and L24s are very hard to sex when thin. I was amazed how much the shape of the head changed as they filled out. The female that spawned for me was more grizzled than the one in the photo.

thanks for your fast reply!okey thought i might get an anwser like that! i will feed him/her for a while! Im most likely to get 2 more big ones next mounth aswell, crossing my fingers i will end up with both sexes 
Do you think head shape is the big key on sexing 25s or is hairyness, coulor and fins a bigger factor?
