Do I have Cory eggs? Or what are they? Help!

Post by corydonna »

Hi all,
Yesterday evening I discovered that quite a large area of the front glass in my 60-gallon tank, PLUS some slate decor inside, is covered with hundreds of extremely small, green dots...
I guess this can't be algae as it has appeared way too fast, and it certainly doesn't look like anything I've ever seen before - it's too round!

Is it Cory eggs? Or something else? And in that case, what do I do? Shall I try to move some of them to my 16-gallon tank, which is currently inhabited by 10 Espe's Rasbora and 2 siamese algae eaters?

I'm so confused right now, please help!

If they are indeed eggs, Cory's do not produce green eggs.

Are there any other fish in the tank?

I would lift some of the slate and have a closer look.
