Just curious if a category could be added to the "Last update" section of a species profile that could note what was updated. Not specifics, that would be redundant.

Something more along the lines of:
Last Update 2015 Feb 04 13:29 Species information (species record created: 2002 Feb 27 00:00)
___________________________Husbandry Information
___________________________ Habitat Information


Something specifying what section was updated.

That would be possible, I'd need to think of how to do it in so far as I don't want to keep every version of the species record (I don't think) so I could keep an audit record of the changes. Will be a slow burner!

Right, I don't think you'd need to keep all updated logged, only the most current one.
