Lasiancistrus tentaculatus planted tank question

I bought one of these catfish the other day it was kinda of an impulse buy. Anyway I put it in my fully planted 40 gallon tank. I read the description in the catalog and it said the species is a wood eater. I have plenty of wood in my tank but I'm worried the fish might start eating my plants. Has anyone kept one of these in a planted tank before?

I have never seen them bother plants. Just keep a close eye out for plant damage for the first few weeks and make sure s/he has plenty of food while s/he puts back on the weight lost during shipping.

Thanks for the advice. I'm just worried because I have some anubias that are very old. Some of which I've had for 3 years or more. I'd hate to turn on my lights one day to find my plants chewed up. I'll just have to keep an eye our for damage.
