Thanks for the link but I don't think that is what it is. It has a fairly deeply forked tail, much more so than the one you linked to.

I agree with Silurus. It merely looks like the fish's tail in the pic is folded up.
BTW, have you looked through the Cat-elog photos http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/spe ... ies_id=336 that Silurus linked for you? Forked tail is shown clearly on several pics at least.
