To my knowledge, only a few people have L397 in the US and none of them have spawned yet. I'd love to hear if that's incorrect.

They are on the banned list so all VF collected specimens are illegal.
They give around 35-50 fry from each spawn so if some one breeds them you should have no problem getting a few specimens.
