There are several, I prefer Aquabid that many importers and breeders use to sell their fish.

Thanks for the reply. I've been checking Aquabid for awhile. Seems like most want top dollar for their livestock (I would too) but then got to pay shipping on top of it. Any other potential sources?

Ok, I'm in Mass as well. Uncle Neds is a great store that gets some unusual cories... if you've already gone that route, have you tried the Boston Aquarium Society? It has auctions regularly and you can pick some stuff up for a good price.

I know Uncle Neds quite well. He's got some nice livestock but Im not really looking to pay full retail unless I have too. I may make a run down there this w/e.
I've hit the auctions, its a hit or miss. I was out at the Pioneer Valley auction this spring and I was blown away when the final bid for 3 green lazers went for over $50. 3 guppies for $40.
I picked up 8 Med sz Sterbi at All New Tropical World in Worcester Ma for $3/ea. I should run out there this w/e as well.
Any local people breeding that want to sell off some of their juvies?

It seems as though you've already exhausted your resolve for obtaining Corys without paying retail and still not been satisfied. In order to get what you want you may have to bite the bullet and pay more than you're willing.

The only common way to buy at wholesale prices is with a professional license directly from wholesalers. If I understand it right...

Sounds like you were looking for cheap fish if you want quality fish you have to pay for them!
