de-worming plecos

hello, my name is rick and i am from toronto, canada. i keep a variety of plecos, 2 royals, 2 rubbers, 2 whiptails, and some farlowellas. i am interested in de-worming them. can anyone offer advise as to how this can be done?

gee, the spell checker here actually puts the asterisk in pleco for you.
