Question: Could it be that Parotocinclus sp. "Rio Parnaiba" as shown in Mergus Wels Atlas 1 (2. German edition) is Hisonotus parsei or a related species?

My gut feeling after comparing the two is that they aren't conspecific. I think the fish in the Wels Atlas is a closely-related (and unnamed) species.
