Breeding LDA031

Post by Triactis Trainer »

So yesterday I made a leap of faith into a new species. I bought 5 adult LDA 031 Mustard spot plecos in hopes to one day breed them. They are all close to, if not above 5" and I am pretty sure I have identified at least 2 males, by looking at the body odonticles and by the head shapes. From what I know the males have more pronounced and pointed heads, where females seem more broad and snubbed? Is this true with panaqolus species? Any other information others could supply me would be much appreciated!

I will do that as soon as I have a reliable camera that doesn't produce horrible quality photos!
