How to reseal a tank ?

Picked up a 150x60x45 for £20 because it has a leak on the bottom rear seal, done quite a bit of research and I'm pretty confident I will be able to fix it by removing and replacing all the inner secondary seal, but should I cut the base loose and do the primary seal as well ? Looking for a bit of advice if anyone can help.

Spent a "fun" afternoon on my hands and knees cutting out the secondary seal, most of it removed just got the 4 corners left then will start cleaning the glass for the reseal.

Take pics and come back with updates on the tank after you are done, if you will. Good luck :)

The 55 gal I resealed (which is described in that thread) held up very well (~2 years) until the day my wife and I moved it (holding the stand, not the tank) ~5' over. I probably left ~5 gal of water in it and some gravel, which, I think, was a mistake. In a week or two after that move, the tank started leaking.
