Cory with Bubbles on Skin

I posted earlier regarding my Bronze Cory. After keeping a close eye, a big problem has cropped up.
The base of her dorsal fin is covered with clear gas or liquid bubbles. There's some on her side and tail too.

Does anybody know what I need to do to treat this? I'm not very familiar with this condition or how to go about treating it. Is it even treatable or is there nothing I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Finally was able to get a good picture of her.

i had a green laser that developed a similar problem when i did a water change. i believe i just placed it in a deeper tank and the bubbles just went away by itself.

I have already posted my opinion of the cause and treatment of this problem in a previous post, and one which is still active.
