Injured Female L183

Hi,
Im hoping to get some help in how to treat this injury in one of my female L183's (Ancistrus Dolichopterus).
My water parameters are as follows:
Temperature 81°
Ph 8.2
Ammonia 0 ppm
Nitrites 0 ppm
Nitrates 5.0 ppm
I dont know how did she got injured but I did notice a bit of aggression between this female and another one that live in the same tank with the male. I hadn't notice the injury until a few days ago while doing water changes. I have been treating the tank since then with API "triple sulfa" for the past 6 days and the injury has gotten extremely swollen and red instead of getting better. Im wondering if I should take another approach instead. I'm worried because it seems that she's in pain and I hate to see her suffer like that.
Im attaching a series of pictures to show progression of the injury since I started the treatment from the beginning.
Any thoughts in how to treat her would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
