Unlikely. Those are found in the Parana system. I will key them out soon and get a proper ID.

Thanks. It was fun photographing them, but dangerous, as they're usually in the branches, and it's easy to get tangled and stuck while you're coming up for air.

The picture of Ammocryptocharax is very revealing about their niche in the habitat.
