Anchor Worm

Hi

Recently noticed this on a couple of the corys recently imported in:

Image
*note* the 2 thin white sting like things on the tip of the front Eques.
Aside from that, there are also a few others with the same white string thing on the tip of their caudal and dorsal fins, with minor fin damage that is reminiscent of fin rot.

ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 10 ish
pH: 7.4
temp: 74F
Tank: 20gal long

Can someone confirm if this is anchor worms?
Does anchor worms also cause a little deterioration of the fin? or do I have a little fin rot as well as anchor?
Any recommendations on medications?

Thanks

It doesn't look like anchor worm that i've encountered - too small & attached to finnage not the body

I have seen these quite often on Cory fins, I think they are a form of Flagellate.

A little salt will usually get rid of them.
