Hi Guys

When I click the My Cats link to add species I get the following:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '2013-08-19 23:44:38')' at line 1 [1064]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

Can someone please advise?

I just tried this, and I can't make it go wrong.

Can you give a little more details on what you are doing - a start would be what species (could be something wrong with that species entry, perhaps)?

I don't think it really matters, but what web-browser are you using?

I think it has to be species specific, can you let us know which species you were trying to add?

Non buddy, I cannot even get into the page. I was also getting the same problem when clicking on CotM and My Aquaria. For some reason it wont even let me open the page.

I am using chrome..

I can see the problem. Should be fixed now - can you confirm? Actually it was affecting all new users to the site, so I am very gratefully for you reporting it.

Yeah, I looked at Jools' change, and it makes sense that a "new user" would have a problem, but someone who has used the My Cats etc doesn't.

Hi, I'm getting a similar error when trying to update my aquaria. When the saves succeeds, the details are not updated. For example, if I add a filter, then either I get an error as above or it looks like it succeeded, but doesn't update the filter details.

I think that's a new issue but I'll look to it. Would you mind posting a new bugs thread describing what you are doing in a little more detail?
