L014 pleco
will my L014 scratch my acrylic tank with his teeth? he is about 10". i have him in a 240 gal acrylic tank. thanks

Never heard of that before. However, they do like to chomp on silicone every now and then. Good luck.

thats ok. they use weld on to assemble acrylic tanks, which basically melts joints together. no silicone necessary. thanx for reply

I would worry about scratching the acrylic, but have not seen it actually happen. My big Goldie will try to bite when lifted out of the water. They definitely have the capability for a lot of damage!
