What is the difference above Otocat?

I cant distinguish vestitus with macrospilus. They look like each other. How can we know what species is this?

I don't want to appear unhelpful, but did you try reading the ID section in the
datasheet?

According to this description this must be vestitus but in macrospilus profile. It is confusing.
