Breeding reports

Hi,
Can anyone direct me to a central location on PC where the "Breeding reports" are kept? :ymblushing:
I am wanting to compare my methods with others on PC and need tips for a few species
I am interested in working on. My main focus is Corydoras, but, is there a location where these are stored?
I see a few articles on reproduction under "Shane's World". I am sure that because someone else may have bred
it I do not need to reinvent the wheel- so to speak.
Thank you,
Don Petty

You can choose a species , say , and scroll down to 'Further information' and you will see a "Breeding Reports' section. Click on a person who has submitted a report and you can read their info!

Dave,
Thank you!
I assume then there is not a separate "Breeding Section" but, rather if that species has been bred, then under each species will be the report? Thank you again for that information.
Don :d

Hi CoryfanAad;
Currently, I am working on finding a trigger for my wild caught C. Concolor's.
Part of the issue I believe is that the tap water where I live in Eastern Washington state, has a high pH and is hard.
Despite trying all of the other tricks I know; frequent water changes, live foods etc,.
I have not been able to get them to breed or even bluff and go through the motions. 8-|

After Dave's recommendation, I located a breeding report and a low pH and soft water was mentioned.
So, that is one of the next things I will do; a lot of small water changes with softer water with a lower pH.
Over time I will throw in other things and hopefully this will do it.
On a related note;
My Corydoras sp. "Black" just spawned, I was able to get them to spawn by getting some water from a
deep well that has a pH of 5.5., I added Kapata leaf and a panty hose full of peat to a 50L Carboy
and left that on my porch for a few days in the sun to "brew", they seemed to really like that and
after a year of trying different things that was the trigger that persuaded them to bless my efforts. :d
I wish water came out of my tap at 7.0 but, its not to be. :YMPRAY:

Having the breeding reports with each species makes sense and I should have checked there first, but,
I think it also might be nice if there was a tab on PC, maybe called "Breeding" that had all of the reports.

I also have some C. semiaquilus, that despite having a bit of a mean streak with one another, I think would be a fun project, I also think Brochis would be fun as well.
That's what I keep telling my wife anyways, Honey just one more tank! :YMPARTY:

Kindest,
Don
