So, my biggest male albino bristlenose bred with on of my brown bn females.So, the resulting offspring were all brown but, does that mean that the brown babies hold the albino genetics? If I breed them to an albino in the future will the offspring from that combo be brown, albino or a mix of both?

Yes, although it needs to be an albino with the same albino gene. There are at least two different albino genes in bristlenoses. And of course, only half of the offspring will be albino, since the other half of the offspring between a brown fish with one albino gene and a full albino (of the same type) will still have one "brown" gene, and the other albino. Since albinism is a recessive trait, both sides need to say "albino" to give an albino offspring.
