Suitable Tank for 18" Gibby

Post by molasseslass »

A friend of a friend is trying to get rid of their 18" gibby and has offered it to me. I would love to take it but don't think I really have a suitable tank at the moment. What would you say about it being in a 36Lx24Wx18"H (67g) tank if it's the only fish in it? :?:

I would say he could sruvive but wouldnt be too comfortable,my gibbi(although not 18 inches) is a fairly active fish and enjoys taking his little glides from one end of the tank to the other,i would say he needs a bigger tank, although he could live in there short term i guess...very short term.
