Ancistrus Breeding, more than one male

Post by coder14 »

So I am currently trying to breed L213, Rio Ukiyali, L183 and L144. I just had a spawn of calico bristlenose and they were in a tank with multiple males. My question is how much of a difference does it make if there are more than one male bristlenose in the tank? With my L213s I would like to keep them all in the same 33 gallon long, I have a proven pair and then 2 smaller males and a smaller female. Will keeping them all together inhibit breeding?
