I am intrested, how it work, if i buy cats from europe? Can they send someway or how it work? I have heard people buying fishes from other countries, but is the only choice to pick them, or can they be send? Sorry, maybe little stupid question .

Some company's will send via a courier so effectively it is a high quality postal service.

As long as it is within the EU and the fish are tropical fish for "ornamental purposes" (that is, not to be used as food or similar), it should be no problem.
Of course, finding a courier that delivers between the places you want in a time that is OK for the fish is perhaps a different matter - depends a bit on how far from major airports you live too.
Alternatively, you can of course fly/drive to wherever you want to go, and take the fish with you in a box. I did that for some fish that I got at the L-number days in Germany 2011.
