I don't think it's a , but a . The primary difference in the teeth and mouth is not apparent at this size, but there is a secondary feature that is visible. Panaque nigrolineatus have an oval shaped mouth, and Panaque cf. armbrusteri 'xingu' have a bell shaped mouth, which is also larger at similar body lengths to P. nigrolineatus.

Not just the teeth,,,,also the colouration. The L190 is grey with black......yhe L027 goldish/yellow

For many years the L027 was rare....
