L260 Protecting Spawn

Hi there,
I have some questions about the L260.
It's my first time that i have some eggs from this spicies.
I have some questions about it:
1. How long till they hatched? (they already out, but couldn't see it well, i thought ~3days)
2. How long will the male protect his juvenile?
3. Is it better to take the juvenile out, or let the male do the work (so far so good atm).
4. How often do they spawn after each other?
