Not the clearest shots. Better pictures will help. Based on these photos, Scobinancistrus cf Pariolispos I think. Lets see what the experts have to say.

I must agree. A young . Man did you just find that at a LFS? I sure wish the stores around here would get some nicer plecs! I never see anything like that.
