Does anyone have information about the naming convention behind the C. Pulcher variant #2?

The species known as C. pulcher Var II has been given the code CW028.

The colour pattern compared the C. pulcher is actually quite different. There will also be variability within a population, but there are many who separate the variants and put their own names to them, to me this only causes confusion.
