Looks like a blue cedar, Cedrus atlantica 'Glauca', def a cedar, a bit washed out and starved i would guess

Ah cool, thanks.
I think the washed out look is my camera and the lighting, I thought it was a cedar but I grew it from a seedling I found so have never been sure.
