Definitely a Rhinodoras. As to which species I cant tell for sure from your photo. I need a close up, in focus, showing the whole side of the fish.
Where did you get it?

He came from Aylesford aquatics in Kent. He was unfortunately the last they had.

Looks like juvenile Rhinodoras boehlkei
