Definitely Pseudopimelodus bufonius. The rest is too fleshy lips, and do not have an invoice yellow, brown on the side fins and appear to be no greater robbers

This is probably a sum of Tanganyika, to me it's more goes into Clarias cavernicola-rare and endangered ...or Cave Catfish - Spelonkbaber. I do not know myself
