They don't look like they're large/old enough to definitively sex yet. My understanding, I bought mine after they were already mature, is they don't start showing dimorphism till they're 7-8 cm.

Impossible only means that somebody hasn't done it correctly yet.

Still a bit on the small side, but best guess if I had to would be, both female.
