My Ancistrus triradiatus have spawned

I was in the process of doing a gravel clean and water change when I picked up a cave and the male would not come out. I looked in to see a large clutch of eggs. My Question is should I set up a ten gallon tank with water from the community tank they spawned in and move the cave and male to the newly set up tank? I have a small sponge filter and a heater but no light.

To start from the back: A light is only needed if you have plants and need it for yourself to see into the tank. Nearly all fish are perfectly OK with fairly low lighting levels - and plecos in particular are more averse to lights than anything.
Whether you should/need to move your fry depends on whether you have anything in your tank that would eat the fry. If not, you can leave the fry with the parents without problems [other than the eventual overpopulation of course - but that's presumably even worse in a 10g tank].
