I would find out what the shop was feeding it (of course, it sounds like it may not have been feeding very well in the shop).

Zucchini is a good food.
You could also try, carefully with the amount, adding mussels or shrimp.

You need to get the water conditions right, otherwise it wont eat no matter what you offer it.

Temp needs to be around 82degf, very strong aeration, low nitrates, neutral water chemistry.

And you need to stay on top of those conditions, eventually it should feed.

It's good to have bogwood in the tank and maybe some soft plants or lettuce.

Don't be tempted to feed frozen bloodworm until it's stomach appears normal and the fish is feeding well... It can cause bloat.

Is this fish in your tank that has whitespot? You seem to have acquired several fish lately???

Like wrasse said your water params need to be gd first. Green phantoms are not the most outgoing feeders like blue phantoms usually are. In your case i would limit the bottom dwellers to make sure he gets food. If you have many other large veggie eating plecs with him, it could make the situation worse. They are omnivorous, but seem to like like their veggies or algea wafers the best. Gd luck
