Id is with out a doubt Ancistrus cf. cirrhosus

Yes, it's a male Common Ancistrus, Ancistrus cf cirrhosus, apparently of the "Piebald" cultivar.

okay, that's what I was thinking, but could it be L110 or are they the same? Below is a photo from just a few minutes ago and the orange color is gone and he looks all black. Do all commons have a chameleon ability?

Check your fish, are the light spots small on the head and get progressively bigger towards the tail, ending in a complete or near complete band just anterior to the tail fin? If so it's a Common.
This young fish shows the typical pattern unusually clearly, and to the best of my knowledge no other
Ancistrus is patterned like this.
Do all commons have a chameleon ability?
Yes, they change in brightness and "blotchiness" with mood, but the strong blotchiness your ancistrus showed when stressed still makes me suspect he's at least part Piebald.
