The desciption says its a leporacanthicus? Not sure if thats what it is but maybe you guys know. Sorry I dont know how to enbed the video on the post.

This youtube video shows a fish in the genus Leporacanthicus from Venezuela. It is uncertain what species.

Is it a rare morph of a described species or something thats so rare it hasnt been described?

Yes, one of those two... ;)
The longer answer is that we don't really know much about it. It may be a juvenile of something that is not as stunning when mature, or it may be a species that we just don't see very often - or an individual variant of something like L240...
Bear in mind that if it's actually from deeper in Venezuela, rather than along the Colombian border, it probably won't turn up in the hobby, since export of live-stock from Venezuela is completely forbidden (except by permission for scientific purposes).

Thats not the same as the one shown above. No Leporacanthicus, but very nice!
