C. Panda external parasite ?

today i was trying to make some close ups on my C.Panda's tank and notice some white zones at the base of the dorsal fin on some of my corys . one of them has the white patches also on the sides , with what looks like 2 small holes.
the fish i had for over an year , no new fish , no losses , in fact they just spawn twice since the start of 2012 . i complete the standard form and attach some photos. some ideas?
1. Water parameters
a) Temperature range. 22-23 C
b) pH. 7.6-8
c) GH. 7 dh
d) KH 7 dh
e)Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, NO2 <0.01 ppm , NO3 < 10 ppm
f) Water change frequency: twice a week 50% with aged water and sand vacuum
2. Tank set up
a) Size. 60x30x30cm,
b) Substrate. fine sand, < 1mm
c) Filtration. 2 HOB AquaClear with sponge and minispiporax
d) Furnishings. bogwood
e) Other tank mates. 9 adult C. Panda and 11 juveniles
f) How long has it been set-up? over an year
3. Symptoms / Problem description: small white patches at the base of the dorsal fin and some white patches on the side of the fish .from time to time some flashing . see photos for details
4. Action taken (if any) - none
5. Medications used (if any) - none
