In the near future I'm planning to keep a group of pangio kuhlii in my community tank.
The problem I have deciding to keep them: would they eat common ancistrus eggs or fry from my pair which is househoulded in the same community ?

Positive to hear that they only eat the dead eggs/fish. Seems like I'm going to the local fish shop soon

kuhliis are great
BUT make sure your hood has a tight fit, or sooner or later you'll find a few sorry dried up beasties that have come to a sticky and dehydrated end
these are escape artists.

Regular aquarium gravel is also a big no-no. These loaches require a shallow sand substrate. Adding plants, wood, and leaf litter would also be advisable.
As an aside, it is unlikely they will be
Pangio kuhlii. The species sold under this name is usually
Pangio semicincta.
