Is there a difference between what is sold in auctions as " Red/black " Bristlenose and ancistrus temminckii, or they the same fish?

I believe "Red/Black" is the piebald variety of , and Ancistrus temminckii is almost always A. cf. cirrhosus - unless there is some evidence to support that it was exported from Suriname, which is a very unusual export location for tropical fish.
