I already have a batch of 30 two+ week old babies and my breeding pair will not stop laying eggs......(i know not a problem). I only have a 10 gallon breeder at this time and a 20 long not set up since it will not fit under my tank. A. If I place eggs and male in the breeder will the male attempt to eat the fry or the eggs? B. Any recommendations on how to balance this need for additional tanks? Thanks

As far as I know the male if put in the tank with the fry in his tube with the eggs should not eat the other fry. I beieve that the male does not leave the tube with the eggs even to feed until after they hatch. I also have a hatch of 30+ fry a week old. I raised a good number several years ago until my old stock pooped out.

Congratulations on all the spawns and fry from your L10a.
I raised seven to young adults and earlier this summer I had my first and so far, only spawn.
Mine spawned on the bare bottom in front of the entrance to one of the tubes. They fanned the thin layer of substrate down to bare glass and placed all the eggs in the open.
Just barely 2 days before the eggs were due to hatch they disappeared.
I don't know why mine haven't bred again but they are still a new species to me so I am chalking it up to part of my learning curve.
