Hi there.
Pics do not help but i have two comments.
These fish supposed not to be cave spawners/how this can be replicated in a tank?
Second from the second fish a can clearly see (correct me if wrong) a white 'liquid' coming from it's genital which to me looks like semen (?)
I believe they are two males there....
What do you think?

Maybe I can use artficial caves It's a challenge to breed with this kind of pleco. After the summer there's a possibilty I can get two other L095's. Then they get a tank for themselves and maybe...........
I also managed to breed rare crenicchla's

Interesting but pictures don't help.
Is there any chance you could put the two plecos in questions side by side?
There are quite a few characteristics that can help us determine the gender such as tail, head - body shape etc.

Although the breeding system in Pseudorinelepis is currently unknown, it has been studied in the closely related Rhinelepis (specifically R. aspera). Interestingly, the literature conflicts on the spawning system; I have seen some sources that say that R. aspera is a migratory spawner that broadcasts its eggs into the water column and has no post-spawning investment in the offspring (Suzuki et al. 2000 paper), while others say that R. aspera is a non-migratory, demersal spawner that lays its eggs on rocks and exhibits parental care (Melo et al. 2010 paper). In other words, the sources I have read pretty much disagree on every point about R. aspera reproductive biology. However, none of the sources I have seen mention R. aspera spawning in caves. It stands to reason that Rhinelepis and Pseudorinelepis have similar breeding systems.
very nice looking fish, close ups of the genitil papilla may assist or ventral pics showing fin shapes etc, im sure once settled they will let you know!!
some nice rays you have also, expensive feeding them plecs tho!!

they look like females but they`re actually males.
the white thing dropping from the pappila seems to be semen,so theyre definatly not females.
by the way,it happens quite often when the male gives out semen, especially at fishing in spring.(they usually do this to atract females at spawning time)
