Here's the full CoF reference of what you are after:

Vono, V. and J. L. O. Birindelli 2007 [ref. 29204]. Natural history of Wertheimeria maculata, a basal doradid catfish endemic to eastern Brazil (Siluriformes: Doradidae). Ichthyological Exploration of Freshwaters v. 18 (no. 2): 183-191.

This journal is super-difficult to get hold of, as they don't routinely publish electronic copies, and few institutions subscribe to it (it's not from a big publishing company).

The best option would be to try and track down the authors for a reprint, or maybe another doradid researcher if you can't find them.
