Image upload problems

Saw similar issues in a resolved thread, but not resolved for me:
Trying to upload an image of my catfish I get "It appears you tried to upload an file type of D"
Trying to upload 140KB jpg file from Firefox v4

I've just tried uploading the picture locally here and it works fine. So, the picture is OK, can you try it again and report back? I'll keep an eye on the image cache. If it does produce an error, a screenshot would be great.
