Pretty, pretty thing. Is 400 pounds overrated or fair? Sounds too expensive to me. 1-2 years ago I'd pay $200-300.

I did think it was over priced but I suppose you are paying for the fact it's feeding and (presumably) disease free on top?

I bet if the guy is serious about "it must go to a suitable tank", that if you show that you have a good setup, he'll accept less money...
